Jr. Civitan Club - Saltillo High School

The Saltillo High School Jr. Civitan Club is hosted by North Lee Civitan Club. During the 2009-2010 school year, Saltillo Jr. Civitans have been quite busy with an assortment of events including:

The 2009 Buddy Walk benefiting the NE MS Down_Syndrome Society which was held on October 4, 2009
The Recent New Beginnings Celebrate Adoption Event which was held at St. James Catholic Church in Tupelo, MS. Michael Reagan (Son of Former President Reagan) was the guest speaker for the event. Saltillo Jr. Civitans served as ushers for the event.
The Halloween Festival held on Halloween Evening benefiting the Saltillo Volunteer Fire Department gave the Saltillo Jr. Civitans an opportunity to meet with the public while they each controlled games at the event.
The annual Food Drive for Thanksgiving. Saltillo Jr. Civitans have worked hard to collect foods for boxes to be distributed to the needy throughout North Lee County. North Lee Civitan Club hosts this Jr. Civitan Club and they assist by delivering these boxes to the needy during the Thanksgiving season.
